REFUND POLICY

Once your return request is approved:

  • You will receive a full refund
  • The refund will be processed to your:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Store gift card, or
    • Any preferred method (where applicable)

A request will only be approved if a valid and genuine reason is provided, supported by necessary proof (such as images or videos, if required).

ELECTRONIC ITEMS POLICY

For electronic products purchased from My Urban Outlet:

  • If the product is defective or stops functioning within the warranty period, you may:
    • Contact the brand directly for faster resolution, or
    • Reach out to us via email with a detailed description of the issue

If you are unable to connect with the brand, our team will assist you by coordinating with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Depending on the situation and verification, you may be eligible for:

  • Replacement, or
  • Compensation

All such cases are handled individually and require genuine validation.

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS

A return or refund request may not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product is physically damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
  • The product is not in its original condition, including missing parts, packaging, or accessories
  • The return request is made after 5 days of delivery
  • The reason provided is invalid or unverifiable
